Anyone 21 and older who has registered as an additional driver during the booking process? No one that is not expressly authorized on the rental agreement will be able to operate the vehicle.
Delivery and pickup is free to your resort or vacation location permitting it is within Key West city limits (includes some parts of stock island). If your stay location is outside of these areas we can provide a pickup and drop off point in downtown Key West, however please note that vehicle parking is not available.
Our current fleet contains 4 passenger carts only, for any groups larger than 4 people we would offer additional cart rentals. Contact us directly for special offers for multi vehicle rentals.
We offer flexible cancellation policies, any cancellations with notice of 48 hours or greater will be provided a full refund, between 24 and 48 hours prior to reservation time a charge of 25% of the total booking will be charged and within 24 hours of a booking a 50% charge will be processed for the booking. We do offer limited exceptions due to trip cancellations and or other unforeseen issues, please contact us for further details.
You are provided with an information packet in the vehicle with required steps but first and foremost, please contact 911 to report any injuries and to request an accident report from a police officer. Additionally after contacting the authorities, please contact us directly and provide the details of the event, if we are unavailable to answer please leave a message with details. Take thorough pictures of the damage and we will assist with further steps.
Our golf carts must abide by the same driving and parking laws and policies as any other motor vehicle. In the event you receive a parking citation or traffic citation you will be responsible for resolving it. Most citations can be paid for online. In the event you lose the citation document, or if you didn’t see the citation but during monthly reconciliations we find the citation belongs to your particular reservation you will be charged for the citation as well as a flat $100 administrative fee. Please provide records of any received and/or paid citations at the end of your booking process.
